Gus Kounougeris

With more than 10 years of experience working in the Franchise Development and construction Industry, Gus is a Project Manager for Outsourced Construction Services (OCS) Over the past 3 years, Gus has been instrumental in the Turn Key completion and opening of 25 restaurants for the Original Joes Franchise Group. From Winnipeg to Victoria, Gus has ensured quality control, project schedules, cost control and contract administration objectives have been met and often exceeded for this fast growing and demanding client.  Prior to his current role Gus was the manager of Franchise Services for OPA! Souvlaki Franchise Group and was directly involved in the design, construction and operations of over 50 locations across Canada and the U.S. Gus went to The University of Saskatchewan where he completed his Economics and Sociology degrees.
