John Owen

With more than 25 years of experience in managing both national and international projects, John Owen is President of Outsourced Construction Services. Prior to this role, John worked as VP Construction for Franworks Franchise Corp. where he was responsible for the management of construction teams geared towards providing turnkey construction services to new and existing franchises. An accomplished manager known for completing projects on time and on budget, John has held numerous senior positions globally, including: Construction Manager, Dominos Pizza of Canada; Senior Project Manager, Calgary Branch, NVR Construction; Regional Contracts Manager, Manhattan Furniture; Contracts Manager, MiceKraftwork; Construction Manager, Building Modifications, Lucent Technologies (AT&T); and Senior Site Supervisor / Project Manager/Senior Project manager, John Spracklen International.
